CulinaryPro™ - Terms and Conditions
CulinaryPro™ ("Rewards" and/or "Program") is a Culinary Depot loyalty program which provides free shipping valid on Culinary Depot orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $49.00 or more of eligible items. Free shipping covers all standard ground and common carrier shipping costs. Additional fees for shipping options such as lift gate and expedited shipping will/may apply.
All registered customers with a saved credit card that are shipping within the contiguous United States are eligible for the Program.
For membership in the Program, you will be charged a recurring annual fee of $199.00. Sales tax is subject to local laws and regulations.
You can have multiple shipping addresses, but each shipping address requires its own Program subscription and yearly fee for eligibility. Your first subscription will be charged at $199.00 a year, with additional addresses to be charged at $49.00 a year per address.
We may terminate your membership in the Program at our discretion, at any time, without notice. We will not provide any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates our company and/or website policies or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Program, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Once you are cancelled in this regard you will immediately lose all Program benefits. Our failure to insist upon or enforce compliance with our policies and terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
You may cancel your membership in the Program at any time through your Account Page. With such cancellation, you will continue to receive the Program benefits until your auto-renewal date, at which time your subscription in the Program will end.
Your Program subscription can be managed on your Account Page. There you will be able to change your payment method, check your renewal dates, view the enrolled address(es), add/alter multiple subscriptions, and cancel your subscription. Each enrolled address(es) cannot be altered once you subscribe.
Free shipping exclusions:
- Valid only on orders placed at culinarydepotinc.com.
- Not valid on return shipments, special orders, prior purchases, shop services and rentals.
- Limited to stock on hand and back orderable items, is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash.
- Limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses only (including APOs and FPOs).
- Oversize shipping charges for any heavy or large items will be applied. These oversize shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
Please note that a certain selected items are not eligible for free shipping, due to their weight or other factors. When this is the case, it should be noted within the individual product description and/or at checkout.
Noted estimated arrival dates are for domestic orders and are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other existing and/or unforeseen circumstances might impact delivery time(s). Culinary Depot will not be responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Culinary Depot reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Program. Culinary Depot also reserves the right to modify the terms of this Program and/or cancel this Program at any time without prior notice.
Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.
Eligible customers must select the "Free" option in the shopping cart to activate the free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.
No adjustments on previous purchases. Your subscription and use in the Program is non-transferable. The Program is not valid on and does not apply to international shipments or shipments outside the contagious U.S.
